STV is an abbreviation used to refer to the
'STuurVaardigheid', an event best described as an autotest.
This even is organized some 4 times a year by the Dutch Mini
Club.
Basically you get to drive your Mini around three track, the point being to be the fastest to complete it...
I don't go to every single STV. It also has been some years since I actually took part. But the timetable on this event is one that suits me so I do go and meet fellow Miniacs there from time to time.
